Cranberry Smoothie

Delicious, nutritious and cleansing cranberry smoothie. Perfect for a quick breakfast and afternoon dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vanilla Kefir – click here to buy
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • Juice of one small lemon

Instructions

  1. Simply place the frozen fruit and juices into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Then add the vanilla kefir and blend again to stir completely.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve with ice.
